Conceived as a dialogue between architecture and landscape, Vista Del Marè is defined by clarity, light, and connection to the sea. Its exterior composition of glass, stucco, and concrete is intentionally restrained, framing expansive ocean views while allowing the natural surroundings to remain the focal point.

At the heart of the home, a luminous atrium anchors the interior, where a sculptural helical staircase introduces a sense of movement and calm. The living spaces unfold with quiet elegance, custom arches soften the architecture, while floor-to-ceiling glazing dissolves the boundary between indoors and out.

Beyond the interior, the home extends effortlessly to a cedar-clad outdoor living terrace complete with a fire pit and plunge pool, all carefully integrated with a handcrafted seawall that both protects and defines the edge of the site. Designed with environmental responsibility in mind, this “Built Green Gold Certified” residence offers a refined expression of coastal living where luxury, sustainability, and setting exist in seamless balance.
