Her design ethos is shaped by her time studying and working in London, where she honed her style influenced by European living. Inspired by her travels, Andie focuses on creating timeless spaces with natural materials. She excels in conceptual design and material selection, prioritizing functionality and longevity. Outside of work, Andie enjoys exploring creative pursuits and finding inspiration in her global travels.

Shannon Lamontagne, our Senior Project Manager, joined RBD with a Certificate in Project Management from UBC Sauder School of Business. Transitioning from the Operating Room at Kelowna General Hospital, Shannon found a new passion in residential and interior design. She excels in leadership and project management, overseeing the creation of beautiful spaces tailored to each client's lifestyle. Outside of work, Shannon loves spending time with her two daughters and enjoys the outdoors with cycling, hiking, and skiing. Shannon continues to contribute her expertise to RBD's projects and make a meaningful impact in residential design and project management.

Jamie Nikita Pepper brings over a decade of experience in residential construction and CAD expertise. Their journey began in factory management at a modular home company, where they honed their skills in AutoCAD and Revit. With a knack for problem-solving and a passion for efficiency, Jamie swiftly transitioned into producing high-quality drawings and models at RBD. Their commitment to continual learning and self-improvement drives their approach to design, emphasizing client needs and innovative solutions. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys personal growth, spending time with their family, and sharing their love for technology and learning with their kids.

Interior Designer Technician & 3D Renderer

Coco He brings seven years of experience to her role as an Interior Design Technician & 3D Renderer at RBD. With a background in civil engineering, she discovered her passion for interior design during college internships. Coco excels in AutoCAD, interior 3D modeling, and rendering, using her expertise to bring clients' visions to life. She prioritizes practicality and precision in her work, ensuring seamless communication between design and construction teams. Outside work, Coco enjoys playing badminton, exploring new restaurants, and finding inspiration at exhibitions.

Mike A. Raap brings over 15 years of diverse experience to his role as a 3D Modeler, Artist, and Designer at RBD, joining the team in December 2019. His journey into residential design began with hands-on experience, learning drafting from his father and honing his skills through carpentry apprenticeship and house framing. Mike's passion for design shines through in his expertise in conceptualizing and modeling residential spaces. Outside of work, Mike enjoys traditional archery, finding inspiration in the precision and creativity it requires. With a commitment to excellence and a creative approach to every project, Mike continues to elevate the artistry of residential visualization at RBD.
