Set within a forested mountainside landscape, this coastal residence draws inspiration from Mediterranean architecture while embracing a relaxed, light-filled approach to living. The architecture is defined by thoughtful restraint, where variation in arches, a minimalist palette of exterior materials, and a quiet attention to detail distinguish the home without excess.
Arrival is marked by a strong and intentional entrance courtyard, an architectural gesture that stands apart from the conventional modern entry. A beautifully crafted brick arch, which also serves as a bridge connecting the home office to the outdoor entertaining and pool deck, establishes a sense of procession and sets the tone for the spaces beyond.
Throughout the home, expansive windows frame views of nature and carefully curated landscaping, creating a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior. Light, greenery, and water are ever-present, ensuring that each space feels open, calm, and connected to its surroundings.
At approximately 6,400 square feet, the home unfolds effortlessly, offering a rich variety of living spaces seamlessly woven into a cohesive and highly livable floor plan. While simplicity may appear effortless, the level of restraint achieved here is deliberate and ultimately, the defining ingredient in the home’s success.
