Blending old-world European sensibility with a modern architectural lens, this residence confidently reinterprets tradition through scale, proportion, and materiality. Rather than presenting itself all at once, the home unfolds gradually, its architecture composed to reward movement, discovery, and experience.

From the street, the façade conveys permanence and restraint. Brick, stone, metal, and concrete: materials often perceived as rigid and imposing are carefully layered and detailed to create warmth, softness, and approachability. Their interplay establishes a sense of quiet strength, anchoring the home within its natural, mountainside setting.

Upon entry, the architecture reveals a deliberate transparency toward the rear garden, drawing the eye through the home and into the landscape beyond. Voluminous interior spaces are balanced with moments of intimacy, creating a seamless dialogue between expansive living areas and more sheltered, cozy retreats. Indoors and outdoors blur effortlessly, allowing light, views, and nature to shape the daily experience of the home.

Belvedere challenges convention not through excess, but through restraint, demonstrating how solidity can feel light, how scale can feel intimate, and how timeless materials can be composed to feel both enduring and distinctly contemporary.
